MessageCommander™
(hereafter "the Site") will, for all users accessing the service, log
files/resources access, the IP address of the computer accessing the Site, the
time of access and all other information passed by the user’s web browser,
including, but not limited to, version and referring site.
For registered users, the Site logs a
unique username, a password for that username, account creation time, IP
address and an e-mail address. The Site does not intended to reveal e-mail
addresses except through mechanisms designed for recovery of lost or forgotten
passwords. E-mail address are not intended to be disclosed en masse to outside
parties and email will only be sent to them in the event of password recovery,
site issues or site specific features. E-mail addresses are not intended to be
displayed to the general public and will not be sold to or otherwise given to
third parties for profit.
The Site will log anonymous usage
statistics for all users, registered or otherwise for use in demographics
tailoring, advertising campaigns or any other purpose.
The Site will, for registered users,
store data on the user’s web browser in the form of "cookies". These cookies
will contain the user’s username, password and other credentials for
determining said users status in the system.
No information sent to the Site via
the “email” or “contact us” link is used for any other reason than to respond
to and maintain a record of the inquiry. This information is not sent to third
parties or retained for mailing list purposes.
Advertising systems and other sites and
systems linked to by but not under direct control of the operating body
of the Site shall be considered separate entities and not covered under
this policy.
Persons under 13 years of age are not
permitted to purchase Amos Technologies, LLC's services, including
MessageCommander. The Site will not
knowingly collect any information from unregistered parties regardless of age,
including persons under 13 years old, except information passed automatically
by that party's web browser software.
The Site does not sell, trade, or
rent information it collects via the Site to outside parties. The
Site reserves the right to release account information when we believe, in
good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law,
(ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect
the rights, property or safety of the Site, our users, or others.
By using this Site, you
consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in
this policy and to our Terms of Service. Amos
Technologies, LLC. may
decide to change this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post those changes on
this page.
